What is the currency used on the website?
Inasari sets the price in Singapore Dollar as it is based in Singapore. Payment from other countries will be subjected to exchange rate of credit card issuing bank’s or Paypal’s.
I concern about the quality of products as I had bad experience when shopping online in some stores. How is inasari product quality?
We understand those bad experiences and we too hate it if it happens to us. To gain trust and to build long term relationship with our clients we carefully select our products and carefully price each item. The products at inasari store are of good quality as it is our pride to have customer satisfaction. Moreover, we deliver the product to your door in a presentable package so you may also confidently share a gift to your friends and loved ones. We do encourage our clients to give us feedback about the product and its quality to better improve our service and commitment to our clients.
What is the shipping rate?
- FREE SHIPPING within Singapore for purchase of $40 and above. $2.50 shipping fee for purchase below $40.
- Shipping to Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, and Timor Leste, a flat rate of $10 is applicable for purchase below $150. FREE shipping for purchase of $150 or more. This rate is not applicable to Genuine Leather Bags for its bulky size. We will quote a separate shipping fee before sending the item and only make the shipment upon receiving the additional shipping fee. We will refund all monies if client would not agree with the shipping fee.
- The rest of the world, a flat rate of $15 is applicable for purchase below $150. FREE shipping for purchase of $150 or more. This rate is not applicable to Genuine Leather Bags for its bulky size. How long will I get my order?
Each order will be processed within 2 working days. Inasari keeps most of its stock ready so you can expect to get the package faster. Inasari is using Singpost mail or alternative courier service. Inasari will advise you if the item is out of stock and it may take up to 2 weeks for the item to reach you.
PLUS size dresses
Inasari does not hold ready stock for Plus size product. There is a waiting period of 10-15 days once the order is placed.
Will there be tracking number for my order?
Yes, Inasari uses registered mail to eliminate the risk of losing item in transit. As for alternative way of shipment Inasari will keep receipt of successful delivery.
What is the method of payment?
Inasari is using Paypal for the payment gateway. Paypal is an easy and safe and secure way of payment. Buyer is also protected of their purchase.
I don’t carry credit card, how can I pay?
For those customers who don’t hold credit card, Inasari allows bank transfer as method of payment. Please contact us for this arrangement.
How can I order out of stock item?
Simply contact us with the detail and we will advise you the waiting time.
Can I return the item I purchased?
Inasari has not written a comprehensive return policy. If such matter arises Inasari will look at it on case by case basis. Inasari allows return or exchange if the product given is wrong size. Please contact Inasari quickly and hold the item intact.
Inasari takes extra effort to check the item carefully before shipment. So all items sent out are in good condition. Should there be items with stain or with minor flaw Inasari will contact the buyer beforehand and inform buyer in due course. If buyer agrees with the condition Inasari will proceed the shipment, otherwise the money will be returned to buyer. Inasari can’t guarantee the damage that could happen as a result of mishandling by the courier agent. Once the item is sent out to courier Inasari is not responsible for the damage caused, if any.
